​     In 2024, ONLY online application submission is accepted.

     Before you complete an online application:

1. Write your personal essay highlighting your leadership achievements in community services. Describe your leadership in community services you’ve been participating, reflecting your activities in connection with your near future goals/careers and/or your life visions/goals.You can also describe your financial needs in this essay.

2. Order an OFFICIAL transcript from your current (or most recent) school and request it to be mailed to your house.  The PRINT date of the transcript must be in 2024.  Scan the document so that you can upload it when you complete the online application.
